TZAR is an approved breeding stallion.  A Friesian Stallion can only be approved if he fulfills the type, conformation, movement and disposition required.  He must also pass a 50 day stallion performance test. Tzar is the grandson of the famous Dutch Stallions MARK 232 and OEGE 267 and was awarded a First Premium at the 2007 Keurings.
